The fallback both windows below use until a preset or a custom pair overrides them. Use 0 to allow changes right up to the start time.

Start from a preset

Free to reschedule up to 24h before, cancel up to 48h before. After that, guests are asked to contact you.

Once a window has closed

Refuse it, and ask the guest to contact youPast the window, the change or cancel button is hidden. The guest reads your notice period and is asked to get in touch directly.Allow it anyway, flagged for your attentionPast the window, the guest can still change or cancel online. They see a late-notice banner first, and the booking is flagged for you to follow up.
