Last seating is the latest a party can be booked in; their table may still run past the end of service. Leave it blank to require every sitting to finish first.

Timing and capacity

These apply to every day of this period. Max covers caps how many guests are seated at once on top of your table count: twenty tables doesn't mean the kitchen can plate eighty mains at 7pm.

Every party gets the turn time above. Add a rule to hold small parties for less and seat large ones for longer: a party of 1-3 for 90 minutes, 4 or more for 3 hours, say.
