Share your booking link with customers

One link is all a customer needs to book with you, no account or app on their end, and this is where to find and send it.

Quick answer

Open Settings in the sidebar, then Business, and click Copy next to Public Booking Link on the Public Links card. Paste it anywhere customers will see it: your Instagram bio, your Google Business listing, or a text message. For step-by-step help with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google, plus a QR code you can print, open Settings, then Integrations.

1. Where to find your link

A card called Public Links shows your booking link. The full version is on the Business screen: open Settings in the sidebar, then Business. A simpler copy of the same card sits below the checklist on the Setup screen, the first row in Settings, under Getting started.

  • Public Booking Link: the direct address customers use to book with you. No account or login is ever needed on their end.
  • Website: on the Business screen, this row only appears for Appointments businesses, and points at your full generated site with booking built in. Table reservations businesses don't have a separate website yet.
Note:The copy of Public Links on the Setup screen is simpler than the one on the Business screen: it always shows both link rows, whatever your business type, and its Link Generator (below) never offers a Staff pick.

2. Copy it, open it, or share it

Each link sits in its own row with three small buttons next to it.

  • Copy: puts the link on your clipboard and briefly shows "Copied" so you know it worked.
  • Open: opens the link in a new tab, exactly what a customer would see if they clicked it.
  • Share: on phones and other devices that support it, hands the link straight to whatever app you pick, like Messages, WhatsApp or Mail. It won't appear on devices that don't support sharing this way, which is most desktop browsers.

3. Put it where customers will actually see it

The link works anywhere you can paste a web address. A few places that tend to matter most:

  • Your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok profile
  • Your Google Business Profile listing
  • A text message or email to someone who's already asked to book
  • Printed somewhere customers already are, like a counter, a menu, or a window sticker

For the first two, open Settings, then Integrations. It has a card each for Instagram, a Book Now button on Facebook, TikTok and your Google Business Profile, and each card gives you a copy of your link plus the exact steps to add it there. The Setup screen repeats the Google one, Add a Book Button on Google. Integrations also has a Book Now Button for Your Website card, with code to paste into a site you run somewhere else, like Squarespace or WordPress.

Tip:For printing, the QR Code card on Integrations has a Download PNG button, so you don't need a separate QR code maker. That code opens your plain booking page; for one that opens a pre-filled link (below), paste that link into any free QR code generator instead. Changing your services, hours or prices never changes your link, so a printed code keeps working. The one thing that does change it is editing your Public URL Slug on the Business screen, which stops every link and QR code you've already shared from working.

4. A link that pre-fills the booking for them

If your business has services set up, a Link Generator appears below the plain links on the Public Links card. On the Business screen you can pick a service (or several, if your booking page takes more than one service in a visit), a team member from the Staff list, a date, or any combination, and it builds a longer version of your booking link with those choices already made for the customer. The Staff list only offers team members who do the service you've picked. The copy on the Setup screen works the same way for service and date, but has no Staff field.

A line under the fields says in plain words what the link will open. If you've picked a date and nothing is free that day for your choices, a warning says so before you send it; the link still works either way.

Table reservations businesses get a Reservation Link Generator on the Business screen instead, just below Public Links. Pick a party size, a date, and one of your published experiences if you have any, and it builds the same kind of pre-filled link.

Copy that longer link instead of the plain one when you want to point someone at one specific thing, like a follow-up email after a consultation, or a QR code at the front desk for a single service.
