About Gaplessly
Booking software for two kinds of business: salons, clinics and studios taking appointments, and restaurants, cafes and bars taking table reservations. One dashboard, no commission on any booking, no fee per cover, on any plan.
Why it exists
Gaplessly was built by one person who spent years running hospitality venues before writing a line of it. Every booking platform available charged a cut of the table, or a fee per cover, or both, on top of a monthly price. That structure taxes a business for succeeding: the better the night, the bigger the bill. Gaplessly charges for the capability instead. One flat price for the plan, and every booking on it is free, no matter how many there are.
The same founder background is why the hospitality side of the product is built around a real floor plan rather than a generic calendar with tables bolted on: service periods that can run past midnight, tables that combine themselves for a large party, a live view of what is held, seated and free right now. The appointments side exists because the same problem, being charged more the more successful the business gets, is just as true for a salon or a clinic as it is for a restaurant.
Gaplessly is new. There is no long list of logos yet and no case studies to point to. What that buys a business instead is setup help from the person who actually builds the product, not a support queue. Support requests are answered by the founder, directly.
