The big picture
Lessly is your in-app AI assistant in Gaplessly. You can ask about business information, look up clients, search help articles and read attached CSV or XLSX files. Its tools match your vertical: appointments businesses can ask about schedules and services, while hospitality businesses can ask about reservations, the floor, waitlist and enquiries. Lessly is read-only for business operations, cannot book or change bookings, and is included with plan-dependent usage limits.
Open Lessly from your dashboard or use its dedicated assistant page when you want more space for a conversation. You can ask a product question, find a client or bring together information that would otherwise mean opening several screens.
Lessly can search help articles, look up client records and profiles, surface unread messages and summarise reviews. It can also read CSV and XLSX attachments you provide. These tools give your question context inside Gaplessly rather than asking you to explain your whole setup from scratch.
If you run an appointments business, Lessly can look at today's appointments, your top services and a revenue summary where your role permits it. You can ask about the schedule or service performance using the language your team uses every day.
If you run a restaurant, its tools cover today's reservations, waitlist status, the current floor and pending enquiries. Hospitality does not have the appointments revenue tool. Lessly changes the information it can retrieve with your vertical, so an answer about your dining room is grounded in reservations and tables.
Lessly can answer questions and suggest follow-ups, but it cannot create, cancel or change a booking. When you decide what to do, you make that change through your normal dashboard workflow. An answer in chat is not an instruction that has already been carried out.
Lessly can save and recall conversational memories across sessions, so useful context can carry forward. This does not give it permission to edit your operational records. Access is included with usage allowances that depend on your plan, rather than an unlimited promise on every tier.
No. Lessly is read-only for business operations. It can surface information and suggest follow-ups, but you make booking changes yourself in the dashboard.
