The big picture
Gaplessly's website builder gives salons, clinics and spas a real seven-page website (Home, Services, About, Team, Gallery, Reviews and Contact) built from the services, staff and hours already set up in the dashboard. You choose the colours, add your own photos and copy, preview every change, then publish, and every page connects straight into your real booking availability. This is an appointments-vertical feature; a hospitality tenant's public site is a single page, the booking widget itself.
Your website is seven pages: Home, Services, About, Team, Gallery, Reviews and Contact. You do not write a service menu for the website and a separate one for booking. The Services page reads straight from the services you have already set up in the dashboard, so a treatment you add, rename or retire there updates the page automatically. Team works the same way, pulling each staff member and the hours they actually work.
This is an appointments-vertical feature, for salons, clinics and spas. A hospitality tenant's public presence is one page: the booking widget itself.
Every one of the seven pages holds two versions: a draft and a published copy. Editing a page in the dashboard changes only the draft, never what a visitor currently sees.
Preview renders the page exactly as a visitor will see it, so you can rewrite your About story, swap a hero photo, or restructure your Gallery across several sessions and check the real layout before committing to it, not a mockup of it.
Publishing is per page, not all-or-nothing. Your site counts as live the moment any single page has ever been published, even if the other six are still sitting on generated defaults. Put up Contact and Services on day one, then come back for About and Team when the photos and copy are ready, without either page looking broken in the meantime.
The generated defaults exist so a page looks complete before you have touched anything, but every page accepts your own override: a headline, an intro paragraph, and on About specifically, a long-form story broken into as many named sections as you want. Leave a field blank and the generated default stays in place, so you can customise one page today and finish the rest later without anything looking unfinished.
Every page sits on the same booking engine as your dashboard. There is no separate signup, plugin or embed code connecting the two: a visitor reading your About page or browsing Gallery is one click from your real booking flow, checking the same availability your staff see on the calendar.
When a slot fills or a service closes off, the site reflects it, because it is not a separate copy of your booking data, it is the same data. Nothing about the site changes how a booking is taken. It changes what a customer sees before they decide to take one.
No. Each page renders sensibly from your live services, staff, hours and reviews even before you write a word of custom copy. You only add a heading, intro or story where you want something more specific than the generated default.
The real product, running with example businesses. No account, no card, and nothing to uninstall afterwards.
