The big picture

Loyalty: Coming soon, at a glance.

Coming soon: Gaplessly Loyalty is an upcoming milestone, not a feature you can use with customers today. The Apple Wallet and Google Wallet backend exists, but production issuance is waiting on approval of Gaplessly's vendor accounts. Customer enrollment and the program configuration screen are still missing, so you cannot enroll a guest, issue a working loyalty card or run a rewards program yet.

A planned way to recognise returning customers

The planned loyalty experience would give your regulars a digital wallet card they choose to join, with rewards tied to their visits or spending. You would have a way to recognise a return visit without asking someone to keep a paper card in their pocket.

That describes the intended direction, not a working customer journey. Your dashboard currently shows a Loyalty placeholder. You cannot configure rewards, enroll customers or tell a guest to add a Gaplessly loyalty card to their wallet today.

What already exists behind the milestone

The wallet backend has been built, including support for Apple Wallet passes and Google Wallet objects. This is the groundwork needed to issue and maintain digital cards, rather than a finished loyalty program your team can switch on.

Production issuance is waiting on external account approvals: Apple Developer enrollment and a Google Wallet issuer account for Gaplessly. You cannot bypass those approvals by selecting a different plan or opening the Loyalty tab.

What still needs to reach your team and customers

Customer enrollment still needs to be built. The planned scope includes ways to join during online checkout or at close-out, but neither is a working path for a customer to receive a pass today.

Program configuration is also outstanding, including how you would choose between counting visits and counting spending. Until the approvals and those customer-facing pieces are complete, treat this page as a roadmap update. No release date is promised here, and Loyalty is not a reason to buy a plan for an immediately usable rewards program.

Common questions

No. Loyalty is coming soon. The dashboard is a placeholder and there is no customer enrollment or working pass-issuance flow available to you yet.
