Nail salon booking software and lash booking system

Book from your bio. Keep your clients.

Gaplessly is nail salon software for solo nail techs, lash and brow artists and small studios. Clients pick a service and a time from one link, on a page with your name on it. Solo is free up to 50 bookings a month, then A$19 excl. GST, and no booking carries a commission.

Nail and lash work runs to exact times, and a booking made in the wrong length costs you the rest of the afternoon. Each service keeps its own, so a gel manicure, a lash lift and a brow shape and tint each take what they take. Set up as a beauty business and those three, with their usual lengths, are ready to tap in.

The questions you would ask at the chair can go out first. Send the lash and brow consent before a first set, keep a private note about the glue a client reacted to, and read it again five weeks later.

Nail art and removals as add-ons

Give an extra its own time and price, then tick the services it goes with. A client who adds a gel removal to a set books the longer time.

Deposits for the long sets

Take a percentage of the service at booking, or save a card and charge a fee for a no-show, through your own Stripe account. Included from Growth up, or A$14.99 a month on Solo.

A lash and brow consent form

A starter template asks about sensitivities, contact lenses and eye conditions, with tick-boxes a client must tick to submit. Change it to suit you. Forms come on Pro, or A$14.99 a month on Solo and Growth.

One dashboard for a one-person studio, or a full one

Your calendar, your client notes and the reminders that go out while your hands are full.

NAIL & LASH CALENDARS

A set, an infill, a brow tint.

Every service keeps its own length on your calendar. Working hours and existing bookings shape the times clients can book.

CLIENT HISTORY

Their last set, on file.

Past visits and a private team note stay with the client. Send a lash and brow consent form before the appointment. Forms come on Pro, or as an add-on on smaller plans.

YOUR OWN WEBSITE

More than a link in your bio.

Seven pages built around your services. Your photos, your words and a booking experience that feels like you.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

A long set is worth protecting.

Take a deposit, or save a card for your no-show policy, through Stripe. Deposits are included from Growth up, or available as an add-on on smaller plans. You can take bookings without them.

AUTOMATED REMINDERS

Keep the appointment in mind.

A confirmation when they book, a reminder before they arrive. Edit the wording on Pro.

REBOOKING & CAMPAIGNS

Book the infill before the set grows out.

Send a campaign to a client segment or automate a nudge when it is time to rebook.

APPOINTMENT PROMOTIONS

Give your next booking a reason.

Run an automatic sale or share a promo code on your booking page, for anyone or for new customers only. This comes with Marketing, on Pro or as an add-on on Growth.

TECHS & SERVICES

One tech today. Three next year.

Give each tech their own services and weekly hours. Your service menu and roster work together from the start.

REVENUE INSIGHTS

See what keeps you busy.

Revenue over 7, 30 or 90 days, broken down by service and team member.

PRODUCTS & STOCK

Polish, glue and lash trays, counted.

A catalogue for what you carry, with prices and low-stock thresholds. Log deliveries, counts and damaged stock in one place.

REVIEWS

Keep listening after they leave.

Ask for feedback after a visit. Give happy clients a path to Google, and receive private feedback you can follow up on. Included from Growth up, or an add-on below that.

GIFT CARDS

A little something for their next visit.

Issue a gift card at the desk, share its code and redeem an amount on a future visit. Gift cards come with Marketing, on Pro or as an add-on on Growth.

Lessly answers from your bookings, customer details and help articles. It can look things up but never changes anything, and every plan includes a monthly allowance.

FAQ

Questions worth asking first.

Solo is free for one person up to 50 bookings a month, then A$19 excl. GST, with zero commission. A solo nail tech pays nothing in a month under that line.

Yes. One person is the smallest setup: add your lash services and hours, then share the link. A full set and a lift each keep their own length, and clients see only the times that fit.

Yes, once you turn on multi-service booking in your booking rules. The client picks both services and sees the start times that suit the whole visit.

Yes. Beauty businesses get a lash and brow consent and a colour patch test consent, on Pro or A$14.99 a month on Solo and Growth. Consent is a required tick-box, because forms have no signature capture or photo upload. Clients answer from a link, and nothing stops the appointment going ahead if they have not.

Your team can. From New booking in the dashboard, tick Repeats and choose every one to four weeks, and the series goes on the calendar in one step. Clients book one visit at a time on the booking page.

Yes, from Growth up or A$14.99 a month on Solo, through your own Stripe account. The deposit can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the services booked. Gaplessly adds no fee of its own, and Stripe charges its standard card fee.

It stays yours. You can bring it across from your old system and export it whenever you like on any paid plan.

Your booking page. Live today.

Add your services and hours, put the link in your bio, and let clients book what is actually free. Free up to 50 bookings a month on Solo.
