A pub’s Friday runs on three tracks at once. Bistro tables turn through two sittings, a fortieth birthday wants the back room, and the regulars who never book still expect a seat in the front bar.
Gaplessly lays out the bistro, the beer garden and the function room as areas on one floor plan, and books each reservation onto a table. Lunch and dinner are separate service periods, so the 8pm sitting is only sold once a table is free for its whole turn. Rooms you keep for walk-ins stay off the booking page. It books tables only, so hotel rooms stay in your accommodation system.
Bistro sittings with their own rules
Give lunch, early dinner and late dinner their own hours, last seating, turn time and booking interval, day by day. An optional cap limits how many guests online bookings can seat at once, so the kitchen gets Friday night at a pace it can cook.
