Resos’s prices in Australia, at a glance

What 350 bookings a month costs on each
For bookings alone, Resos Basic at A$79 costs less than Venue Growth at A$99, and it is the better deal for a venue that wants nothing more.
Add deposits and a waitlist and it flips. Online payments at A$18.99 and Waitlist at A$12.99 bring Basic to A$110.98 a month, and both are already in Venue Growth. Add Customisable design at A$12.99 and it is A$123.97, where your own colours and fonts are from Venue Growth up here. Resos gives each add-on free for its first 30 days, and we exclude GST from our figures.
Above 350 bookings
Resos Plus sits in a gap we leave open: A$149 for 750 bookings, against our jump from A$99 to A$199. A venue at 500 bookings that wants no add-ons pays less on Resos. Venue Pro covers 1,500 bookings and includes every add-on we sell. Past that, Resos Unlimited has no ceiling at A$229, and on our side it is a conversation about Venue Custom.
Where Resos is ahead
- Reserve with Google as an add-on. We give you a booking link for your Business Profile on Google, because we are not a Google partner.
- You can pause a paid plan, and paid plans carry a 90-day money-back guarantee.
- They say more than 3,000 restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs use it. We are new.
- Free onboarding help with your floor plan and website, which their FAQ describes.
When Resos is the right choice
You want the lowest flat price for a venue with up to 350 bookings a month and no need for deposits or a waitlist, you want Reserve with Google as a cheap add-on, or you take more than 350 bookings and fewer than 750, where their Plus plan sits between our two paid plans. Their pause option, 90-day money-back guarantee and free set-up help make them a low-risk first system, and they say more than 3,000 venues already use them.
The contract, in plain terms
- Cancel any time
- Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no exit fee, and your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Terms of Service.
- Price rises
- We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. On a yearly plan you can cancel first and we refund the unused months. Billing Schedule.
- No commission
- We take no commission on bookings, deposits or no-show fees. Stripe charges its own card fees to your own Stripe account, and the Payments Terms say we would give 30 days’ notice before that ever changed. Payments Terms.
Common questions
What is Resos pricing in Australia?
Free is A$0 for 25 bookings a month. Basic is A$79 a month for 350 bookings, Plus A$149 for 750 and Unlimited A$229, or A$63, A$119 and A$183 a month paid yearly. Add-ons cost A$12.99 or A$18.99 a month each. Read from the Australian option on resos.com/pricing on 6 November 2026. Its terms say fees exclude VAT and do not mention GST.
Does Resos charge commission or cover fees?
No. Its FAQ says it never charges "per booking, per cover, or any commission". Gaplessly takes no commission or cover fee either, so the choice comes down to the plan price, what each plan includes, and the booking limit that fits your venue.
Is Gaplessly cheaper than Resos?
For bookings alone at up to 350 a month, no: Resos Basic is A$79 and Venue Growth is A$99. With deposits and a waitlist added, Resos comes to A$110.98 and Venue Growth stays at A$99. Our free band is larger, 35 bookings against 25. All our prices exclude GST.
Can I move my bookings from Resos to Gaplessly?
Yes, as a file. Export your guests and upcoming bookings from Resos and import them here. The importer reads CSV, TSV, XLSX and JSON files up to 10MB and is open on every plan. There is no ready-made Resos mapping, so check the column preview before you confirm. A booking import needs its guest to exist first, matched by email.
Can I cancel Gaplessly any time?
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no exit fee, and your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for.
How much notice do I get of a price rise?
We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. On a yearly plan you can cancel first and we refund the unused months.
Does Gaplessly take a commission?
We take no commission on bookings, deposits or no-show fees. Stripe charges its own card fees to your own Stripe account, and the Payments Terms say we would give 30 days’ notice before that ever changed.
