Tableo’s prices in Australia, at a glance
Every figure below is from tableo.com/pricing-aud. The table further down carries the date it was read.
- Freemium: A$0, up to 100 covers a month, one user account.
- Organise: A$98 a month, or A$81 a month paid yearly. Unlimited bookings, three user accounts.
- Grow: A$164 a month, or A$136 a month paid yearly. Adds deposits, no-show fees, event management and a waiting list.

Covers against bookings
Tableo's free plan counts covers, and ours counts bookings. A hundred covers is 50 tables of two or 25 tables of four, so a venue of mostly couples gets more from Tableo's free plan than from our 35 bookings, and a venue of big tables gets more from ours.
Past the free band the two part ways. Tableo's paid plans have no booking limit, while ours cover 100, 350 or 1,500 bookings a month. A venue well past 350 bookings pays A$199 on Venue Pro here and A$98 on Organise there, if Organise does what it needs.
What a deposit costs on each
On Tableo, deposits start at Grow, A$164 a month, and its plan table lists 1% plus Stripe fees. On Gaplessly they are included from Venue Growth up, at A$99 a month on Venue Growth, and we take no commission. The money goes to your own Stripe account and Stripe charges its own fees there. On a A$500 group deposit, that 1% is A$5 on top of Stripe's fee.
A waiting list sits on the same step: Grow on Tableo, and the same plan as deposits here. If you want both, the gap between the two plans is the number to weigh.
Where Tableo is ahead
- Reserve with Google on every plan, free on Freemium up to 100 covers a month. We give you a booking link for your Business Profile on Google, because we are not a Google partner.
- Setup, staff training and an account manager from A$98 a month, and phone support from the same plan. We are self-serve with email support.
- Tools for venue groups on Expand, including sending guests from a fully booked venue to another in the group.
- SMS and WhatsApp guest notifications from Organise, with carrier fees on top.
When Tableo is the right choice
You want unlimited bookings for a flat price, Reserve with Google on every plan, or setup and staff training with a dedicated account manager from A$98 a month. A venue of mostly couples also gets more out of a free limit counted in covers. And a group can send guests from a fully booked venue to another one in the group, an Expand feature that is also a paid add-on on Grow.
The contract, in plain terms
- Cancel any time
- Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no exit fee, and your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for. Terms of Service.
- Price rises
- We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. On a yearly plan you can cancel first and we refund the unused months. Billing Schedule.
- No commission
- We take no commission on bookings, deposits or no-show fees. Stripe charges its own card fees to your own Stripe account, and the Payments Terms say we would give 30 days’ notice before that ever changed. Payments Terms.
Common questions
What is Tableo pricing in Australia?
Freemium is A$0 for up to 100 covers a month. Organise is A$98 a month, Grow A$164 and Expand A$499, or A$81, A$136 and A$415 a month paid yearly. The page does not say whether prices include GST, and deposits carry 1% plus Stripe fees. Read from tableo.com/pricing-aud on 6 November 2026.
Does Tableo charge commission?
Not on reservations, which it describes as commission-free from every channel. Its plan table does list 1% plus Stripe fees on pre-payments and deposits, available on Grow and Expand. Gaplessly takes no commission on bookings, deposits or no-show fees; Stripe charges its own fees to your own account.
Is Gaplessly cheaper than Tableo?
It depends on the plan you need. For deposits and a waitlist, Venue Growth at A$99 a month costs less than Tableo Grow at A$164. For a busy venue that only needs bookings, Tableo Organise at A$98 has no booking limit, while our Venue Growth covers up to 350 a month. All our prices exclude GST.
Can I move my bookings from Tableo to Gaplessly?
Yes, as a file. Export your guests and upcoming bookings from Tableo and import them here. The importer reads CSV, TSV, XLSX and JSON files up to 10MB and is open on every plan. There is no ready-made Tableo mapping, so check the column preview before you confirm. A booking import needs its guest to exist first, matched by email.
Can I cancel Gaplessly any time?
Paid plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, with no exit fee, and your plan keeps working to the end of the period you paid for.
How much notice do I get of a price rise?
We email you at least 30 days before a price change applies to you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for. On a yearly plan you can cancel first and we refund the unused months.
Does Gaplessly take a commission?
We take no commission on bookings, deposits or no-show fees. Stripe charges its own card fees to your own Stripe account, and the Payments Terms say we would give 30 days’ notice before that ever changed.
