Staff Notice, for people invited by a business
For staff. The business you work with has its own agreement with us; this is yours.
Last updated 3 October 2026
1. Who this is for
You were invited to use a business’s Gaplessly account, as an employee, contractor or team member. The business has its own agreement with us, the Terms of Service. You do not take that on; instead, by creating your login you agree to this notice.
2. The account belongs to the business
- The business decides your role and what you can see, and can change it or remove your access at any time.
- Admins of the business can see the bookings and changes you make in its account.
- Customer information you see belongs to the business. Use it only for your work there, and never take it for your own use.
3. Using it properly
Follow our Acceptable Use Policy, keep your login to yourself, and turn on two-factor sign-in. Tell the business, or us at support@gaplessly.com, if you think your account has been compromised.
4. Your information
We hold your name, email address, sign-in details and role so you can use the account, and we measure how the dashboard is used, linked to your account ID and role but not your name or email. The Privacy Policy explains this in full. The business may hold other information about you as your employer, which is between you and them.
Questions about your job go to the business. Questions about your information go to privacy@gaplessly.com.
